E-1 Treaty Trader
A non-immigrant visa for nationals of treaty countries who engage in substantial trade between the U.S. and their home country. This visa allows the trader, executives, managers, and essential employees to live and work in the U.S. to conduct and manage trade activities.
E-2 Treaty Investor
A non-immigrant visa for nationals of treaty countries who make a substantial investment in a real and operating U.S. business. This visa allows the investor, executives, managers, and essential employees to live and work in the U.S. to develop and direct the business.
E-3 Australian Professional Workers Visa
Available exclusively to Australian citizens, the E-3 visa is for professionals in specialty occupations who have a U.S. job offer. This visa is similar to the H-1B but has its own quota and application process.
H-1B Specialty Occupations Visa
For foreign professionals in specialty fields such as technology, engineering, or healthcare, who have a sponsoring U.S. employer. Requires specialized knowledge and at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
H-2, H-3 & Other H Visas
H-2 visas are for temporary or seasonal workers in agriculture or other industries, while H-3 visas are for individuals coming to the U.S. for training programs. All are temporary and require employer sponsorship.
O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa
For individuals with extraordinary achievement in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, recognized nationally or internationally. Allows them to work in their field of expertise in the U.S.
P-1 Athletes and Performers Visa
For internationally recognized athletes, entertainment groups, and performers to participate in specific competitions, tours, or events in the U.S.
L-1 Intracompany Transfer Visa
For executives, managers, or specialized knowledge employees transferring from a foreign branch, subsidiary, or affiliate to a U.S. office of the same company.
Visitor & Tourism Visas
Short-term visas for individuals visiting the United States for business, leisure, or medical purposes. These visas do not allow long-term employment or permanent residency.
B1/B2 Visas
The B1/B2 visas allow foreign nationals to temporarily visit the United States for business (B1) or tourism, leisure, or medical purposes (B2). These visas are strictly for short-term stays and do not permit employment.

F-1 Academic Student Visa

J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa
For individuals participating in approved exchange programs that combine work and study. Common for au pairs, interns, researchers, and cultural exchange visitors. May require returning to your home country for two years after the program ends, depending on program terms.
M-1 Vocational Student Visa
For students enrolled in non-academic or vocational programs in the U.S., such as trade schools, technical training, or certain career-focused courses. This visa does not allow for academic study.
Family & Relationship Visas
For individuals seeking to join a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident fiancé or spouse in the United States.
K-1 Fiancé Visa
For foreign nationals engaged to U.S. citizens, allowing entry to the United States for the purpose of marriage within 90 days. After marriage, the applicant can apply for a Green Card through adjustment of status.
