What are H Category Visas?
The H category includes H-2A for seasonal agricultural workers, H-2B for temporary non-agricultural workers, and H-3 for trainees undertaking U.S.-based programs not available in their home country.
Visa Requirements
- Job offer from a U.S. employer or sponsor.
- Proof that the role is temporary or seasonal.
- Labor certification for H-2A/H-2B roles.
- For H-3, evidence that the training is unavailable in the home country and is not primarily for productive work (offer of training).
